Hemp

  • Hemp

  • It's the logo of our company

Hemp is an annual plant belongs to Moraceae. It's originated from Central Asia.

It became our logo, when our founder, the late Masami Yamanaka took over the wholesaling job from previous generation and built a trade company for hemp.

Hemp is a special product of Tochigi prefecture. Since, it's a symbol of strength, it's being used for betrothal gift and has celebratory meaning. Hemp is very strong, it grows 2 meters straight without bending. We aim to be strong like a hemp and be a single coherent company trusted by clients.

When artemisia grows among hemps it becomes straight like them, like in a Japanese saying “Artemisia among hemps”. People will also be inspired and become good naturally when they built relationships with good people. Just like this, our company is trying to establish relationships with many people and both inspire and get inspired.
